Affordable, upgradable, and easy to use
Employing a PC-based controller equipped with Windows O/S and intuitive Compose IQ software combined with a simple yet rugged HP45A-based printhead, Apollo print systems are affordable and easy-to-use yet capable of handling the most demanding jobs. Whether you want to produce complex high-resolution images (660 X 600 DPI) with great print quality or require flat-out speed for simple messaging (110 X 660 DPI), let Compose IQ change the print resolution and set the pen parameters to meet your specific job requirements. And for those occasions when a specialty ink is required, make a rapid, mess-free ink change-over.
As with all Buskro inkjet systems, Apollo systems can be upgraded at any time to add additional print capacity, access Compose IQ’s advanced print functions, or operate with the latest O/S standard and Compose IQ version. Start with a basic Apollo print system to meet your current printing wishes by combining a series of 2” or 4” printhead models to your liking and should your software or print capacity requirements change, easily and effortlessly upgrade these to your latest needs. Apollo can even be combined with other Buskro print technology such as Atom, Aurora, and Quantum to cost-effectively augment print capacity or apply specialty inks when needed.
HP45A ink pens, each capable of ½” (12.7mm) of vertical coverage @ 600 DPI, are designed to snap in and out quickly from a pen stall when ink needs replacing or replenishing. This makes ink changes both clean and convenient, and with its onboard storage, keeps the ink delivery path simple. Combine this with a user-friendly controller with capabilities to import any data, prepare any layout, and visually monitor and know print progress at any time and you have the makings of a trouble-free inkjet printing system that anyone can easily learn to operate.
Wide selection of inks have expanded print applications
Over the years, with the introduction of many complementary and novel ink formulations tailored for use with HP45A pen technology, Apollo has found new application spaces. Whether you are faced with a challenging glossy substrate requiring a rapid-drying ink, wish to liven up your monochrome black print with colour, or apply security features with fluorescent or invisible inks, an HP45A compatible ink surely exists.
To support and reliably handle the abundance of new and emerging HP45A inks, many of which require specific settings for optimal use and print performance, Compose IQ and Apollo electronics incorporate software and hardware facilities to adjust and configure to recommended pen settings. The Apollo offers excellent up-time and makes ink selection and change-over a breeze with an HP45A ink pen and stall design that offers a fast and convenient way to change or replenish ink pens.
