Pickering, Ontario – October 2025
Buskro, a leading innovator in industrial inkjet and variable data print technology, is proud to announce that its highly anticipated ARGO modular inkjet platform is on track for official release in Q1 2026, following an overwhelmingly positive response at this fall’s major industry tradeshows.
The ARGO system represents a new chapter for Buskro and for digital printing as a whole – introducing a scalable, reconfigurable, and intelligent modular inkjet solution designed to empower users to print smarter, faster, and with greater flexibility. Built around Buskro’s proprietary ArgoCore controller and snap-in ArgoNodes, the system allows users to configure mono, CMYK, or fully customized print widths up to 64 modules, all synchronized by Compose 360, Buskro’s next-generation workflow and variable data software.
“The excitement around ARGO has been incredible,” said Charles Tonna, CEO at Buskro. “Every show this fall-from Label Expo to Pack Expo to Printing United- confirmed what we’ve believed all along: the market is ready for a truly modular and reconfigurable print platform. Our team’s engineering and manufacturing effort over the past year is paying off, and it’s rewarding to see ARGO generating this level of buzz before its full launch.”
“The feedback we’ve received from attendees and partners has been nothing short of energizing,” added Kyle Kropman, Sales & Marketing Leader at Buskro. “People are drawn to the ARGO’s flexibility and the simplicity of its modular design. They immediately recognize the potential- whether for packaging, mailing, or variable data printing – and that tells us we’ve built something that really resonates with where the industry is heading.”
“The vision behind ARGO is to give customers true freedom and the ability to reconfigure their printer both in software and hardware, seamlessly; something that’s never been done before. For the first time, users can build, scale, and adapt their system as easily as stacking modules together,” said Christophe Merlier, VP of Product Development & Innovation at Buskro.
Featuring Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technology, each ArgoNode delivers 108 mm (4.25″) of print width at resolutions up to 1200 dpi and speeds up to 3.0 m/s (600 fpm). Its compact, hot-swappable modules can be configured in multiple orientations – horizontal, vertical, side-spit, or down-spit—allowing for unmatched application versatility.
At the core of the system, Buskro’s proprietary controller board supports up to 8 ArgoNodes per board, reducing system footprint and cost while maintaining precision and performance. Combined with Buskro’s Compose 360™ software, ARGO enables real-time layout, variable data, and production control, all within a unified ecosystem.
Buskro will continue showcasing ARGO prototypes and live demos through select distributors and upcoming industry events in late 2025, with full commercial availability beginning Q1 2026.
